Natalie Parnell – Director

Natalie Parnell – Director

Natalie moved to Midland with her husband, Chad and teenage daughter, Shae in 2017 after living in Timmins for 36 years. Natalie is a Clinical and School Psychologist, operating a practice that offers psychological assessments and therapy to children, youth and their families. However, Natalie’s passion is working with First Nation, Metis and Inuit populations, bringing her and her staff to many remote, fly-in communities across Ontario and Quebec. Natalie is fluent in both English and French.

Prior to becoming a psychologist, Natalie was an elementary school teacher and administrator for nearly 10 years, and Executive Director of a community mental health agency for 5 years. This career journey in both private and public sectors has provided Natalie with experience in governance, human resources, and fundraising.

Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, and hopes to encourage younger area residents to support their local hospital.
