Adopt-a-Room
If you have been a patient at Georgian Bay General Hospital, you will know that the Patient Rooms haven’t seen much of an upgrade since they were built in 1976!
That is about to change!
Starting in 2019, the patient rooms on 2E and 2N will be completely renovated, giving all patients a more serene environment designed to promote healing and recovery. In total, there are 48 rooms to renovate.

- Sink & plumbing
- Lighting fixtures
- Flooring
- Miscellaneous electrical
