…A Great Way to Support your local Hospital!

Your very first hospital in Midland was donated by a member of the community more than 100 years ago.  Since then, individuals and organizations have made financial contributions to ensure that Georgian Bay General Hospital has the equipment and facilities needed to provide exceptional care to our families, friends and neighbours.

The provincial government spends $50-million annually for hospital operations (salaries, utilities, medication and supplies) but does not fund the life-saving equipment required for patient care.

The current funding model assumes that our community will finance 100% of equipment needed. The ongoing purchase of all new and replacement equipment required for patient care is reliant on community support.

We are asking local businesses & their employees to consider joining together to help equip your Georgian Bay General Hospital for exceptional patient care.
