COMING TOGETHER TO STRENGTHEN

HEALTHCARE IN NORTH SIMCOE.

It is with heartfelt anticipation that we introduce the We See You: Inside and Out
capital campaign, a $20-million effort dedicated to strengthening healthcare in
ways that make our community and our hospital teams feel truly seen.

We are thrilled to introduce our inspiring Campaign Co-Chairs: Chris and Candice
Bondar, owners of Gilkon Construction, and Dr. Cait Button, Chief of the GBGH
Emergency Department. As we have worked closely with them for the past year,
their passion for and commitment to GBGH has become a driving force for the
change we are excited to see for our hospital.

The campaign will officially launch on September 13, 2025, at the Foundation’s
Power of Giving event — an evening devoted to celebrating generosity and the
profound impact we can make when we come together. This will be the beginning
of healthcare transformation through the spirit of connection and care that defines Candice & Chris Bondar
and Dr. Cait Button
our community.

We See You: Inside and Out is more than a campaign; it’s a promise. A promise to improve access to healthcare through
mammography services; maintain and upgrade essential equipment across all hospital departments; and build an acute
mental health program to provide hope for patients who are waiting, facing hopelessness and fear. This campaign
reflects our shared vision of a community where everyone is seen, valued, and cared for — inside and out.
