operates with the motto: As little radiation as
possible. To help achieve excellent images on
smaller, and sometimes wiggly patients, a pedia-
poser positions children and babies (under 5 years
old) so they are comfortable and also stationary.
This eliminates re-takes, reducing radiation and

saving time for our smallest patients and their
families.

Xray Detector Holder

Within an x-ray machine, the detector is a crucial
component that captures the image created by
the X-rays passing through the patient’s body. The

detector holder is a mobile rack that positions the
detector during an exam to ensure the best quality
images, while keeping patients comfortable.
