2021 REASONS TO CELEBRATE
HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN
We were overwhelmed by the incredible generosity from local businesses,
individuals and organizations through the holiday season, with more than 240
donations received totaling $76,700 to support the most critical needs at GBGH. The
heartwarming story of Forrest Willett, a local resident who received life-saving care
at GBGH, can be found on the Foundation’s website (https://gbghf.ca/holiday).

On November 30, $32,800 was raised to purchase 2 Blood Gas Analyzers for the Lab,
to ensure fast, reliable blood testing continues for patients at Georgian Bay General
Hospital. Special thanks to Nick & Marina Boudouris (owners of OPA Catering,
the World Famous Dock Lunch and Pier 21 Restaurant) who offered a generous $10,000
match gift!
