On August 27, 2019, members of Ideal Rebekah Lodge #199 presented a cheque for $8,000 to the GBGH Foundation, which will help with the ongoing Adopt a Room project at Georgian Bay General Hospital.
Their gift will help the hospital renovate a single-bed patient room, including new electrical and lighting fixtures, paint & drywall, sinks, plumbing and flooring.
