Welcome Christine Baguley!

Christine Baguley

Please join us in welcoming Christine Baguley to the GBGH Foundation.  Joining the team September 3rd, Christine will be the Philanthropy Officer for the Foundation.

Christine has over ten years of experience in healthcare philanthropy, and is a highly successful fundraising leader within the North Simcoe Muskoka health care community. She has worked at both RVH Foundation in Barrie as the Philanthropy Officer raising funds for the $25 M Hearts and Minds campaign and most recently worked at the Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care as their Major Gifts Officer continuing her dedication to mental health initiatives.

Christine also has 7 years experience here at GBGH Foundation where she started her fundraising career in 2008. She has a passion for her home hospital (GBGH) and care close to home and is excited to continue building strong relationships in the community in which she lives and return back to GBGH. Christine is an active Midland Rotarian and enjoys spending her leisure time with her partner Chris Edwards, President of Weber Manufacturing and her two daughters Courtney and Mya at their home in Tay Township.

Jeff Holloway, Director

Jeff works at RBC Dominion Securities in Midland and joined RBC Wealth Management in 2014. In his current role, Jeff provides wealth management solutions to business owners, executives, professionals, and retirees.

Prior to working at RBC, Jeff was a partner at a leadership consulting firm and was a vice president at a Fortune 500 consulting company. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) while working for a multinational audit, tax, and consulting firm, he was the Controller at the National Hockey League Players’ Association.

Jeff was born in Kitchener-Waterloo and spent most of his childhood living in Owen Sound.  He moved to the Midland area full-time in 2019. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honors degree in Mathematics (Computer Science). Jeff also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.

Jeff is very supportive of many worthwhile causes in our local community. Currently, he is the Treasurer for the Quest Art School and Gallery in Midland.
