On October 6, 2022, Nicholls Funeral Home Midland and Penetanguishene Funeral Home came together to make a total donation of $2,000 to the GBGH Foundation. The donations are to be designated to support Palliative Care at Georgian Bay General Hospital.
On July 9th, the Performance Boat Club (PBC) of Canada held their annual Charity Poker Run on Georgian Bay. With the help and support of the performance boating community, the day raised an amazing $15,000 for the Georgian Bay General Hospital Foundation!
Since 2007, the club has raised over $750,000 for various charities in southern Ontario!
