Heather Yates held her annual holiday planter sale at Georgian Bay General Hospital on November 10, 2023, and returned again on November 23, 2023 to sell holiday lanterns! The event is widely successful with the GBGH staff each year, and 25% of funds raised were donated to the GBGH Foundation.
The two events raised an incredible $350 for the GBGH Foundation, and will support the Foundation’s Impact Fund.
On Saturday, August 26, 2023, Harbour West Marina in Penetanguishene hosted their annual Pig Roast Dinner for their boaters. With live music, karaoke, fun games, activities and raffle prizes, this event brought their boating community together for a meaningful cause: helping to bring an MRI machine to Georgian Bay General Hospital.
In total, $2,000 was raised for GBGH! A big thank you to Bryn and Kristy who delivered the donation to the GBGH Foundation. We are so grateful for the whole Harbour West crew for their generous support.
